The Container of Leadership (LT-1) is a weekend training set in a safe and empowered container that addresses men’s Leadership themes in Life, Work and within the ManKind Project.
We are all the leading players in our own life stories….. so, there are no prerequisites for taking this training, other than a desire to embrace and develop the leader within.
This experiential training is designed to help a man identify and anti-dote the underlying blocks to his leadership, recognise what holds him back, and what enables him to locate the source of his personal power and to access the collective intelligence of a group. To deepen understanding and to sharpen self-awareness, some MKP leadership techniques will be included and examined
Michael Boyle has over 35 years’ experience of facilitating leadership programmes in corporations and business schools worldwide, and is a certified ManKind Project International (MKPI) Leader and Leader Trainer, based in the UK. He will be joined by Martin Wenner (MKP co-leader) and another trainer (TBC).
